To be considered for a puppy, this application MUST be filled out. I use this application to get to know you a little better and to see what kind of corgi you are looking for/wanting, so that we can find a puppy that fits your lifestyle/preferences. There are no right or wrong answers. Please look over our website before filling this out, it usually answers a lot of your questions! Please allow 72 hours for a response from me.
