Note: space for this event is limited. As such, businesses which do not qualify as a food vendor may request space at the event as an event sponsor. The information on sponsorship opportunities is available at http://visitwoodstockga.com/taste.
The $200.00 registration fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. Participants will receive a 10-ft x 10-ft booth space including tent, (1) 6-ft table, (2) chairs, and signage. A link to pay via credit card is available on the application below. If you need to pay by check you can make payable to IN WDSTK, INC. and mail to 1 Innovation Way, Woodstock, GA 30188. Applications are deemed incomplete until payment is received. The deadline for applications is Friday April 5, 2019.
Restaurants will sell samples (small tasting bites) of your menu item(s). Tickets will be sold for $0.50 and you may charge between 1-8 tickets ($0.50- $4.00) per item. Food may not be given away or exchanged for cash. Please bring a menu and a box to collect tickets on the day of the event. Tickets must be turned into event staff by 10 pm on the day of the event.
Boxes must be marked with name of restaurant and ticket count. You will be reimbursed for 50% of the ticket value within 10 business days. A completed W-9 Form must be provided to receive the reimbursement. If tickets are not received, you will not receive reimbursement. Vendors may NOT sell or give away drinks including soft drinks, lemonade or water. ALL trash, papers or boxes must be placed in a dumpster. DO NOT dump grease or hot coals on the ground. If trash is left at your booth, a fee of $100.00 will be deducted from your ticket sales.
The event will provide a judging panel for awards. The vendor will choose which dishes are submitted for each award. The awards will include Best Appetizer, Best Entree, Best Dessert and People's Choice Award. Winners will receive an award to display in their place of business, be recognized on stage at the event and receive mention on Visit Woodstock GA and Downtown Woodstock social media channels.
The event will be held RAIN OR SHINE. Booth assignments and load-in instructions will be completed and emailed prior to the event along with a vehicle pass to drive onto the festival site for unloading. Vehicles without this pass will not be permitted onto event site. Restaurant staff does not need a pass, but should park and walk to booth. All vendor vehicles must be off festival site by 3 pm. Vendor and staff parking is available at Chattahoochee Technical College (8371 Main Street) or at The Chambers at City Center (8534 Main Street). Vendors may not break down until 9 pm.
