Inclusive outreach resource information
This form is used to share information about any "resource" useful for inclusive astronomy outreach that you have developed or used, and that you are willing to share publicly to the benefit of the community of astronomy outreach professionals and amateur astronomers.

For the purpose of this form "resource" means:
- any tool useful for astronomy outreach, for instance a tactile tool, a physical model of an astronomy related concept or entity, a device to translate light into sound ("Sonification"), etc., that could be used or replicated by others
- Any inclusive astronomy outreach activity that you have conceived and successfully delivered to a diverse audience, that could be replicated by others

it is understood that you have the right to share the information that you are providing in this form.

The information you provide will be used by the IAU Inclusive Outreach subWorkgroup (https://iau-oao.nao.ac.jp/iau-inclusion/inclusive-outreach/). If you authorize also the publication, IAU may decide to publish it on IAU related website and/or social media channels.
