Berkeley Fire Department - Indoor Entertainment Event Application
The indoor entertainment event application must be filed with the Berkeley Fire Department 2 weeks (10 business days) before the event. Payment must be received 8 business days before the event. Holidays are not included in business days. Please refer to the calendar below for the City of Berkeley Holiday Schedule. Reference: City of Berkeley Municipal Code Chapter 13.46 - Indoor Entertainment Events.
