NOW REGISTRATING for the 2026-2027 Please fill out the form in its entirety. Only complete applications will be reviewed. Any questions can be sent to elliottl@joshuaisd.org A $25 registration fee will be invoiced upon acceptance. OWL Camp will be available on the Mondays marked as Non-Instructional days on the 2026-2027 Calendar. Owl Camp tuition is no longer included in the after school tuition. Please fill out an application for each child. Program details will go out during summer.

I understand that acceptable behavior is a condition of my child's enrollment in the Club Excel Program. My child must follow the rules, policies, and procedures set out in the JISD Code of Conduct. Club Excel reserves the right to dismiss any child from Club Excel for misbehavior. / Entiendo que el comportamiento aceptable es una condición para la inscripcción de mi estudiante en el programa de Club Excel. I understand that financial responsibility exists regardless of my child's attendance and if payments are not paid by the 5th of the month, my child will be removed from the program until the account is in good standing. / Entiendo que la responsabilidad financiera existe independientemente de la sistencia de mi hijo(a) y que si los pagos no estan hechos antes del día 5 del mes, mi hijo(a) será retirado del programa hasta que la cuenta esté al día.

I understand that a late payment fee of $10 daily per family will be added to the account if payment is not received on the first of the month. There are no refunds or credits for unused days. I understand that NSF checks must be cleared no later than 5 business days after a manager notifies me. If the check is not cleared, my child will be removed from Club Excel until all fees are paid in full, including late fees and return check fee. / Entiendo que los cheques sin fondos deben compensarse a más tardar 5 días hábiles después que un gerente me notifique. I understand that all children must be picked up by 6:00 for after school and 5:00 for day camp. Club Excel will assess a $10.00 fee plus $2.00 per minute per family each minute after closing time until the child is picked up.
