CUPC ANNOUNCEMENT REQUEST 
Hello Cornerstone Family! 

Please complete this form for announcements and reminders ONLY. A "Prayer Request" link is available on our website, as well.

If an announcement is needed for Sunday, please have the form completed no later than the Thursday. Our Promotions team needs as much time as possible to create your graphics and type up announcements for Sunday service.

Please provide as much detail as possible when completing the form.

We have separated our announcements for a better approach to get them to your groups within the church. 

Announcement/Reminder Tiers- 
Level 1- One Call/ Text ( Prayer request, additional follow up reminders etc.)
Level 2- One Call and Social media- ( Events that pertain to church members but are not full church events)
Level 3- All of the above plus- In service slides- ( Events that pertain to individual groups within the church)
Level 4- All of the above plus- Announced from the pulpit- ( Whole church announcements that pertain to all of the congregation. Example Thanksgiving meal, Trunk or Treat, Camp meeting etc.)
