4th of July Century Ride 2019
Please join us on Thursday, July 4th, for a Holiday Century Ride. Ride departs at 6:30am SHARP from Just Ride Bicycles located at 13412 Boyette Rd, Riverview, FL 33569 (corner of Fishhawk/Bell Shoal/Boyette Roads). DO NOT BE LATE!
Total ride distance is 100 miles. If you want to cut the ride short, you are on your own.
Unlike in previous years, there will be NO SAG VEHICLE this year! Instead, there will be two stops at convenience stores: First stop at mile 40 in Fort Meade at the Circle K. Second stop at mile 75 at Duette Country Store.
While this is a no-drop ride, we do expect that you are able to maintain a minimum average speed of 19-21mph. We will keep the ride together until the first stop, and then decide if we want to split into two groups. All ride participants must be 18 years of age or older.
The route is the same as last year with two exceptions: 1. We will take old 37 and Agricola Road and 2. We will not be stopping at Bunker Hill Park as we will be stopping at Duette Country Store instead.
