Mobility
Each workshop takes place at a different wild or natural space in Cape Town. Two workshops, will include a 2 x 30 to 40 minute walk, on a flat path at a moderate pace. To ensure that everyone is able to participate fully, please could you let me know how comfortable you are with these walks.

All four of the workshops will take place at sites that require a car to get there. You will receive details of where, and how to get there, each Wednesday before we meet. Please could you let me know if you have your own transport, or if you would need a lift.
