There are so many career paths you could take if you're interested in working within healthcare: there are over 350 different NHS careers you could consider! Each and every healthcare professional is of vital importance to providing optimal patient care, and there are so many routes you could take. Your early years of high school are a great time to start thinking about what your options are, and what you need to do to get there.

Medic Insight Glasgow have invited along numerous healthcare professionals to talk to you about their careers. Though we can't have 350 speakers along on the night, we have a doctor, dentist, nurse, paramedic and pharmacist coming along to tell you a little bit about what their job entails. They'll also tell you a little about how they got to where they are today and give you the opportunity to ask any questions you might have! This event is aimed at those in S1 - S3, but all are welcome to attend if it'll be of interest.
