Thanks for your interest in vending at Ithaca Reggae Fest! Vendors enhance the experience of festival guests, and we appreciate your contribution. Please fill out all information below, and we'll follow up based on availability of space at this year's fest.
If approved to vend at this year's festival, the following will be required:Complete, sign, and return a Vendor Agreement
A copy of your certificate of insurance, naming Tea Leaves, Inc. & Ithaca Reggae Fest, LLC. as additional insured
Your New York State Sales Tax ID Number
A list of the names of the people who will be working with you at the festival
MARKETING MATERIALS: brand photo(s), logo, and brief description for festival promotions
ZERO SINGLE USE PLASTIC POLICY: ALL VENDORS AGREE TO NOT USE ANY PLASTIC SERVING MATERIALS
VENDING FEE: $100 (+ $100 refundable damage deposit)
ALL DOCUMENTATION & FEES DUE: April 20th
