This form is a sign-up for the 2025 Air Force ROTC (AFROTC) Training Day Zero (TD-0) orientation program. In-processing and training events will take place the week before classes begin on August 21-23. If you plan on attending TD-0, it is crucial that you fill out this form for us to have an accurate headcount.
We highly recommend incoming cadets attend TD-0, however, we understand this may conflict with certain BGR events.
Please note that if you are unable to attend the entirety of TD-0, Day 1 is the most important and should be prioritized as the day you attend.

sports physicals need to be completed within a 30 day period of attending TD-0 and/or handing them in to Cadre as they expire after this duration).
