A safe space to let out your inner artist (we all have an artist inside!), create and connect with yourself! 

Based on the Foundations of Expressive Arts Therapy, this space will put art at the center… as a new being that comes into this world to bring us a message that needs to be heard.

This workshop will invite you to a sensorial and aesthetic journey of artistic creation and connection with oneself.

Each participant will set a question that will accompany them throughout the session, and at the end we will reflect on what we have experienced and see how the arts bring new messages about the theme/question.

This space is for you if you are looking for:

A friendly place to pause and connect with yourself and other participants.

An artistic space for creation and personal exploration through the expressive arts approach.
