A 2-day course will be held May 18 and 19, 2024. The first day will be classroom training indoors and the second day will be field work outdoors. This course is for Ouray Trail Group members wishing to become Level A Sawyer certified and for Level A Sawyers requiring recertification this season.

PREREQUISITE: Current Adult First Aid and CPR certification by the American Red Cross or equivalent, please bring your certificate.

MINIMUM AGE: U.S. Forest Service regulations, requires chainsaw and crosscut saw training participants to be 18 years old or older.
