- Allocations will be conducted monthly starting in the month of February. Please contact us directly at pennesac@gmail.com if you wish to have us review your submission earlier.
- FILLING OUT THIS FORM DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT FUNDING WILL BE ISSUED. We will send you a confirmation email when we have reviewed your request (typically at the end of the month).
- If funding needs to be reviewed quickly, please email pennesac@gmail.com.
