Once there was a tortoise that was incredibly talkative. It could talk incessantly for hours without getting any fatigue. However, its fellow forest companions were not so fortunate. They grew increasingly irritate with the tortoise since its speeches were always boring and long winded. One summer, the forest was affected by a terrible drought. The only lake in the entire forest which provided water began to dry up and the animals grew alarmed.
