Any club, athletic team, fine arts program, extracurricular organization, or other group affiliated with Bishop Luers High School must complete and submit this form prior to beginning any fundraising activity. We require a minimum of 15 day's notice for any and all fundraising activities.
The Fundraising Event Request Form helps ensure that all fundraising efforts are properly approved, documented, and that funds raised are designated to the correct program or account. Maintaining a clear record of fundraising activities provides important accountability and protection for both the sponsoring organization and Bishop Luers High School.
To help maximize the success of each fundraiser and avoid scheduling conflicts or duplicate fundraising efforts, please review Eventlink before submitting your request to see previously approved fundraisers and activities already on the school calendar.
