Submitting this form does not necessarily mean you will be interviewed. Rather, the results of this form will be used as a reference to help coordinate testing opportunities.

You must've judged at least 6 events to test for L2
List your experience at Competitive REL events with multiple judges in the past 6 months. *
You need to have judged ONE of these events, and it must have been in the previous six months.
