You may split the hotel room cost of a double room with another attendee if you would like. When providing a confirmation number, please provide the name of your roommate (if sharing.)
If you choose to stay in a double room, would you like help from the organizers finding a roommate?  By asking for help you agree that your name and email may be given to other registrants who are also looking for a roommate.
Mid-Atlantic Mod and it's organizers are not responsible for any actions by a roommate we suggest.  Please work out any details with your roommate, and choose someone you feel comfortable with.

During the retreat you will be allowed to keep your sewing machine set up in our meeting space and have 24 hr access to the room.  When you are the last to leave the room, you are required to have the room locked by hotel staff. *
If you are the first to arrive back at the room, you may present your badge to the staff to have it unlocked
Mid-Atlantic Mod (or any of it's organizers) will not be held responsible for any stolen or damaged equipment or any injury, deaths, or accidents that occur during the event.  Please ensure that you keep yourself and your belongings safe *
Please type the word YES (case-sensitive) if you agree that Mid-Atlantic Mod and it's organizers are not liable for incidents during the event.
Are you interested in participating in a "progressive quilt" during the retreat?  Details will be sent beforehand, but each member would sew a block at home based on specific directions. During the retreat, participants would spend 1 hour working on the quilt, adding their block and more.  When it's finished, the quilt top will be given to a participant via a drawing. *
This is similar to a round robin or traveling quilt, only quicker.
If you would like to participate in a progressive quilt, what time(s) of day would you most like to work on it?
This will help us not to schedule a night owl to sew early in the morning and hold the whole thing up. :)  Also, please let us know if you would be available on Thurdsay.
We are still shaping the event and would love your input on what types of activities to include. *
Check as many as you are interested in.
