Ancient Classics "Summa Camp" Enrollment Form 2022
Thank you for choosing the Ancient Classics “Summa Camp” benefitting Helias Catholic students traveling to Rome.  Last year's camp was a huge success, and we look forward to making the 2022 camp an even greater success.  

Why the name "Summa"?  In Latin, "summa" means greatest or highest, and we plan to make this camp the greatest week of your child's "summa."

The “Summa Camp,” for students entering grades 1 through 5, will take place Aug. 1-5, 2022.  Students will be broken into two groups — one for younger students and one for older students. The camp will feature many engaging, challenging, and entertaining activities, such as Roman and Greek Olympics, ancient Roman dress (learn to make a toga), decorating a chariot, ancient Roman and Greek games, general recreational activities, and many more.  The two campers determined to be the week’s most engaged in ancient culture will earn the opportunity to ride the chariot designed during the camp in the Helias Homecoming Parade this fall.  

The camp will be supervised by Mrs. Vickie Lueckenotte, the Assistant Coordinator of After School Care at Immaculate Conception School, and Mark Rehagen, Latin Instructor at Helias Catholic High School.  Helias Catholic High School students will assist.

Location: Immaculate Conception School, 1208 E. McCarty St., Jefferson City, MO.

Hours for the camp will be 7:30 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. to accommodate parent work schedules.

Weekly fee - $140 if received by May 15.
                      $165 if received by July 15

Payment is based on registration, not actual attendance.

2nd child per family discounted by $30 per week ($110 if received by May 15; $135 if received by July 15), with additional discounts available for families with more than two children enrolled.
