Refund Policy
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure a date.
The remaining 50% of payment is due 72 hours or three days prior to your scheduled picnic time.
Deposits are needed to secure spots and hold your booking. After a deposit has been made, we have a ZERO refund policy.
Cancellation Policy
Client-cancellations: Cancellations made will forfeit the deposit.

Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their event without penalty if the request is made more than 5 days before the scheduled date.

Short Notice Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests made within 5 days of the event are subject to a 20% rescheduling fee.

No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled event without prior notice will forfeit their deposit and any payments made.
Weather Policy
Weather Monitoring: We closely monitor weather forecasts leading up to your event. We will contact you 24-48 hours before the event if inclement weather is anticipated.

Inclement Weather Options:
Rescheduling: You may choose to reschedule your event at no additional cost. The rescheduled date must be within 30 days of the original date.

Alternative Location: If available, we can move the picnic to an indoor or covered location to avoid weather disruptions.
Cancellation: If rescheduling or an alternative location is not possible, you will receive a full refund of the deposit.

Day-of Weather Cancellations:
If severe weather occurs unexpectedly on the day of the event, we will work with you to either find an immediate alternative location or reschedule the event. Clients will not be charged additional fees for weather-related day-of cancellations.
Damage Liability
Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for any damage to our equipment, decor, or property that occurs during the event due to misuse or negligence. The client will be billed the cost of repair or replacement if any damage is found.

Normal Wear and Tear: We understand that minor wear and tear can occur during normal use. Clients will not be held responsible for minor issues that are deemed reasonable and unavoidable.
General Terms
Conduct: Clients are expected to respect the picnic setup and surrounding environment. Any inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of the picnic.

Photography: We reserve the right to take photos of the picnic setup for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us in advance.
