This is the space to begin your serious journey into Yoga. If you are a practitioner and have begun to ask important questions about life and living, seeking to understand the what, why, and how of yoga, you may be ready for this program. This is also a program our Acharyas and Vaidyas come back to again and again to refresh their foundational learning and commitment to personal growth.

Yoga Sadhana will help you understand if this is the path you would like to take and how serious your commitment to it is. It will also help us understand your readiness for a more serious level of training to be a teacher/therapist.

Yoga Sadhana Online Series for 2025

Pratyahara: Learning to Turn Inward

June 7, 8, 14, 15, 21 & 22, 2025 

Includes Monday – Friday group practice sessions for 3 weeks 

India Standard Time (IST): 4:30 PM – 7:30 PM
Gulf Standard Time (GST): 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Central European Time (CET): 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Eastern Standard Time (EST): 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM
Pacific Standard Time (PST): 4:00 AM – 7:00 AM

Fee:
For domestic participants: Rs 23,600 
3 optional mentoring sessions: Rs 3,540 
(inclusive of 18% GST)

For international participants: USD 430 
3 optional mentoring sessions: USD 135 
(inclusive of 18% GST + International Bank transfer charges)

Mentoring sessions to be availed within 2 months following completion of the course.
The course fee is non-refundable except in the unlikely event of the course being cancelled by YogaVahini.

Yoga Sadhana In-person Immersive Retreat

Dates: 16 - 22, November 2025
Please arrive before lunch on the 16th.
The program starts at 3 pm on 16th November (Sunday) and concludes with lunch
on 22nd November (Saturday).

Venue: CREST, Bengaluru, India.

Fee: 
For Indian citizens living in India: Rs.47,200 
(inclusive of 18% GST, food and stay for 6 nights on twin-sharing basis). 
Early Bird offer (Valid until October 15, 2025): Rs 41,300 

Optional consultation with Saraswathi Vasudevan: Rs 2,000
3 optional mentoring sessions (online) = Rs 3,000
