This is the space to begin your serious journey into Yoga. If you are a practitioner and have begun to ask important questions about life and living, seeking to understand the what, why, and how of yoga, you may be ready for this program. This is also a program our Acharyas and Vaidyas come back to again and again to refresh their foundational learning and commitment to personal growth.

Yoga Sadhana will help you understand if this is the path you would like to take and how serious your commitment to it is. It will also help us understand your readiness for a more serious level of training to be a teacher/therapist.

In-person Yoga Sadhana Retreat
Dates: 3 - 9 November 2024
Venue: CREST, Bengaluru, India.

Fee: 
For Indian citizens living in India: 
Early Bird offer: Rs 45,000 (inclusive of food and stay for 6 nights on twin-sharing basis). Valid until October 15, 2024, thereafter, the fee will be Rs.50,000/-.

Optional consultation with Saraswathi Vasudevan: Rs 2,000
3 optional mentoring sessions (online) = Rs 3,000


For NRIs and foreign nationals: 
Early Bird offer: USD1085 (inclusive of food and stay for 6 nights on twin-sharing basis) valid until October 15, 2024. Thereafter the fee will be USD 1200.

Optional consultation with Saraswathi Vasudevan: USD 50
3 optional mentoring sessions (online) = USD 100
