2026 Exploring Health Care Careers Summer Camp Registration
This form is the form to be registered for the College of Health Sciences 2026 Summer Camp. Registration will be open through Friday, June 12th, 2026. 

Dates:  Tuesday, June 16th, 2026
Time:    8 a.m. to 4 p.m.  
Location:   William S White Building, 509 Harrison Street, Flint, MI 48502
Fee:  $30 per person includes one t-shirt, snacks and lunch
            *Fee collected at the time of registration

Additional forms will need to be completed by the parents/guardian of the student before 6/15/26 in order for the student to participate on day one.  The forms will be sent to the parent/guardian's and student's email within 24-48 working hours. 

*Refunds for the camp will not be available after June 9th at 5pm, the student may drop from the camp but there will not be a refund offered.*
