FCA Grounds/Gazebo Reservation Request and Release of Claims
**Please note this policy has changed as of April 2025.

Event Types:

Small- Max. 30 people, 2 hour reservation. Any set up and clean up should occur within the 2 hours. If extra time is needed, please use the 4 hour reservation below.

Small (4 hour)- Max. 30 people, 4 hour reservation. Any set up and clean up should occur within the 4 hours.

Large (24 hour)- Max. 100 people. We place a hold on the property for 24 hours to allow extra time to set up and gather. Please include clean up time in your planning. No other reservations will be allowed during your 24 hour rental time.

XL (24 hour)- Greater than 100 people. We place a hold on the property for 24 hours to allow extra time to set up and gather. Please include clean up time in your planning. No other reservations will be allowed during your 24 hour rental time.

Please note there are public restrooms and a water fountain available on adjoining Village property.

The applicant agrees to be responsible for any damages to the grounds which may occur during the period of use by applicant. Large events require a $100 refundable deposit in addition to rental fees. For events larger than 100 people please contact aseifman@yahoo.com or FCA.Michigan@gmail.com.

Applicant assumes responsibility for the conduct and safety of all persons attending the event.

In consideration of the permission granted to the applicant by the FCA to responsibly use the grounds, the applicant does hereby waive and forever release the FCA and its representatives from any and all claims for damages or personal injury arising from the applicant’s or invitees use of the grounds. Applicant assumes full liability and responsibility for damages or personal injury arising from the applicants or the applicant’s invitees use of said Grounds.

All renters need to be aware that while we have reserved the area of the park requested, the park is open to the public, and there may be people playing baseball, walking dogs, playing tennis, or otherwise using the park property.

Note:  It is the applicant’s responsibility to coordinate any desired parking on Franklin Church property directly with the church  (248) 626-6606
