Low Level of Literacy - Limited ability to read, write, compute or solve problem at work or at home

Cultural Barriers - Your attitudes, beliefs, customs or practices keep you from getting a job

Migrant or Seasonal Farmworker - Primarily employed as or dependent upon someone working in agriculture, as a farm laborer, seasonal farmworker or who must travel so far as to not return home that day

Exhausting TANF in Past 2 Years - Two years from receiving or exhausting TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families)

Single Parent - Single, separated, divorced or widowed with responsibility for any dependent children under 18 or single pregnant woman

Long-Term Unemployed - Unemployed for 27 or more consecutive weeks
