Tiny Arts Makers Market (Holiday) Vendor Application Form

Thank you for your interest in vending at a Tiny Arts Makers Market!

We have three holiday market dates and are currently scheduling vendors for all three. You may apply for one, two, or all three markets.

While the dates vary, all three Tiny Arts Holiday Makers Markets will take place at Gottscheer Hall, 657 Fairview Ave, Ridgewood, NY 11385, and will run from 12noon to 6pm.

Tiny Arts Makers Market is a vibrant vending event featuring both traditional goods and interactive arts & crafts demonstrations. These markets are an exciting opportunity to showcase your work, engage with the community, and connect with other makers.

Our holiday markets are expected to have heavy foot traffic. We have a large advertising budget and carefully curate our selection of vendors to create a diverse and exciting experience that attracts a wide audience.

Vendor Fees

Tables and chairs will be provided at all holiday markets.

Holiday market table space is $26 per foot:

  • 8' table: $208
  • 6' table: $156
  • 4' table: $104

Please indicate your preferred table size on the application.

Vendor Basics

We will be accepting approximately 50 vendors per market. We curate a very mixed offering of goods and experiences to create a dynamic market for our attendees.

While the venue is large, access to electricity is limited, so please keep this in mind when planning your setup or demonstration.

Food Vendors

Please note that no food may be sold for immediate consumption on-site.

However, jarred goods and sealed, pre-packaged snacks... such as items in closed bags, are allowed for sale.

What We're Looking For

We welcome a diverse range of makers, artists, and creators! Accepted categories include, but are not limited to:

  • Handmade goods
  • Prints and artwork
  • Ceramics
  • Plants
  • Textiles
  • Stationery 
  • Books
  • Packaged food items
  • Other unique, crafted products

Live Maker Demonstrations

In addition to standard vending, our markets will feature live maker demonstrations, such as:

  • Bookbinding
  • Screen printing
  • Block printing
  • Ceramic glazing
  • And more!

We highly encourage demonstrations, as they add an exciting and interactive element to the traditional vendor market.

Application Process

1. Submit this form to express your interest.

Submitting an application does not guarantee a spot. Please note that we typically receive around 300+ applications for each of our markets, so our selection process is highly competitive.

If you're not accepted, please don't take it personally! We aim to curate a diverse and versatile group of vendors for each market to ensure the best possible experience for both vendors and attendees.

2. Select the holiday markets you're interested in.

On the application, you can select one, two, or all three dates.

  • Sunday, November 15th
  • Saturday, December 5th
  • Saturday, December 19th

You might not be accepted for every date you select. Each market is curated separately, and vendor selection will depend on the overall mix of makers, products, and experiences for each date.

We will do our best to have all three markets fully booked well before Halloween, so please submit your application as soon as possible.
