Thank you for your interest in volunteering for Bathhouse’s Community Development Team!

Community Development is everything that happens outside of our parties — the events, activities, and relationships that build Bathhouse as a community, not just a night out. Fundraisers, exhibitions, workshops, and collaborative projects with other queer collectives and local organisations.

You need strong planning skills, a good understanding of Cape Town’s local dynamics, and the ability to manage relationships across the community.

If you’re a connector — someone who knows people, has ideas, and wants to build the infrastructure between the parties — this is where you belong.
