Application Information
Applications must be received at least four weeks prior to your estimated event date. Access to parkland is provided in the following priority:
1. Historical/ Annual/ Recurring event with same date(s)/ time frame and location of previous years
2. Historical/ Annual/ Recurring events with new date/location request
3. New event requests

Insurance Requirements
All events held on a street, in a park or on City of Edmonton property require proof of at least $2 million general liability insurance with the City of Edmonton listed as an "Additional Insured".
Submitting your application does NOT imply that your event is approved or that your proposed location of date is confirmed. A Neighbourhood Resource Coordinator will connect back with you once the application is received.
