WHO IS THIS PROGRAM FOR:
This program was designed specifically for anyone that just needs a little push to get started. If you already have the hang of working out and living a healthy lifestyle but just need that little extra push or knowledge. This is perfect for you. It will take your training to the next level and help you learn what you are capable of inside and outside of the gym. This is also perfect for you if you want to try only one month of training before committing to 3 months of 6 months.

HOW LONG IS THIS PROGRAM:
This program is only one month. There are no commitments. If you enjoy your first month you are more than welcome to enroll in a another month. It is a month to month program.
