housingaccounts@uwf.edu-This is your opportunity to appeal Housing charges on your student account such as the contract cancellation fee, improper check out, lost key fee, and damage charges. Additional documentation to support your housing charges appeal MUST be emailed to
housingaccounts@uwf.edu. Cancellation and Housing Charges Appeal requests submitted without supporting information/documentation will not be considered.
-This form is NOT to be used to request an appeal of your Housing Contract cancellation. Please refer back to the
Appeals information webpage and select the "Appeal Contract Cancellation" link.

The Appeals Committee usually meets every other Thursday. Please allow at least 14 business days for a decision. You will be notified of the Committee's decision by email to your UWF student email address. The decision of the Housing Appeal Committee is based on the supporting documentation you submit and is final.
Please note: If you have a "HOLD" on your account due to any Housing charges, it is advised to pay any past due amount so as not to be assessed late fees.
Fees can be paid by logging on to
MyUWF, searching for CASHNet" and accessing your student financial account.
"HOLDs" will not be lifted prior to a decision being rendered and processed. If your appeal is approved the amount of the charge will be credited to your student account.
