Stormwind Crown Administration (SCA) Neighborhood Application
This application can be used to submit a request for a player house in the in-game SCA neighborhood. All houses and businesses in SCA’s neighborhood must be located IC within the Kingdom of Stormwind, though can be proxied as being anywhere in the kingdom. A map of Stormwind’s borders can be found on SCA’s wiki here. SCA does not acknowledge Founder’s Point as an IC location within the kingdom.

Ensure that you have read and reviewed the Stormwind Homeowners Association Act before submitting this form.

Please state your main SCA character's first and last name. This should be the same as your name on the SCA Discord server.

Example: John Smith
*
Please state your main SCA character's in-game World of Warcraft.  This is the name that floats above your character's head, often called a "toon name", not your BNet ID name, TRP name, or Discord name.

Example: Johnsmith

Please list all in-game guilds you have characters in. *
SCA's neighborhood is a guild neighborhood, which necessitates membership in the <SCA Kingdom of Stormwind> guild. You do not have to join the guild with your main account. You can create your house using any alt., even a freshly created lvl 1 alt. All the characters on your account have equal access to edit, move, etc. your house, so the specific character you place in the SCA guild does not matter.

If you are not already a member of the SCA guild, please submit an application in-game through guild finder. You can find the guild listed as "SCA Kingdom of Stormwind". If the guild does not appear in the guild finder, send a DM to Lady Rose.

Ensure that you include a note with your RP name on your in-game guild application.

Only the <SCA Kingdom of Stormwind> guild has a neighborhood. There are not individual neighborhoods for all of SCA's other guilds, like <Stormwind City Guard>, <SCA Stormwind Diocese>, etc., and you will still need to join the <SCA Kingdom of Stormwind> guild even if you have an account in another official SCA guild.

Please select your top five picks for plots. Plots are numbered 0 - 54. List your preferences by order of preference starting with the most desired, e.g. if you would most prefer plot #30 and would prefer plot #21 as your second choice, plot #51 as your third choice, plot #2 as your fourth choice, and plot #12 as your fifth choice, then your response should be "30, 21, 51, 2, 12".

WoW Housing Hub has an interactive map to show you in-game screenshots of each plot.

You can view this page on SCA's Wiki to see which plots are currently available. Even if your preferred property is not currently available, nevertheless list it so you can be added to the waitlist in the event it becomes available.

"Adjacent property" refers to areas outside of your lot but spaces that SCA nevertheless considers to belong to your property. You can view a list of adjacent property here.

Would you like to be added to the waitlist for your top three plots in the event none of them are presently available?  *
I confirm that all of the characters I intend to use in RP in SCA's Neighborhood are legally permitted in the Kingdom of Stormwind per the Legal Designation of Races Act. *
I confirm that my main character in SCA is a resident of the Kingdom of Stormwind. “Residency” is defined in the Constitution of the Kingdom of Stormwind

You are welcome to have rooms / spaces in your house for characters who are not residents of Stormwind, but the main character of the house must be a resident of Stormwind.

I acknowledge that government officials in SCA are welcome to utilize their in-game player houses to proxy their government office, whether or not their player house is located in SCA’s neighborhood; however, only an official’s office can be represented in player house. This invitation does not extend to government officials using their player house as a proxy for other government property or hosting official SCA events in their player house, e.g. the Minister of Foreign Affairs cannot use their player house to host that ministry’s monthly diplomatic forums.

Moreover, homeowners cannot use their homes to proxy “official” Stormwind (including NGOs) properties like military (including SI:7) bases, Ministry of Health clinics, locations affiliated with the Stormwind City Guard, Stormwind Diocese chapels, government-operated cemeteries, Stormwind Public School System schools, etc.

Homeowners may, however, use their homes to represent “decommissioned” entities of this nature, with consent from the Crown Administrator, or to represent private equivalents of these government properties, e.g. a privately-owned clinic rather than one operated by the Stormwind Ministry of Health.

An exception is made for one-off combat events such as those hosted by the Stormwind Silver Hand or SI:7. SSH, SI:7, and other one-off events hosted by SCA may be hosted in player housing with the consent of the Crown Administrator. Additionally, members of the Stormwind House of Nobles may use their player houses as a proxy for their noble holding.

If you would like to request your home be used to represent a decommissioned property, please select "Other" and provide an explanation of what you would like to proxy.

I acknowledge that I automatically forfeit my plot in SCA’s neighborhood if I have not logged on within sixty days and have not been granted an extended hiatus by the SCA moderation staff that would otherwise exempt me from this activity requirement. *
I confirm my commitment to help SCA complete neighborhood endeavors to the best of my ability. While there is no strict requirement for the degree to which a player must contribute towards endeavors, a lack of any effort in contributing towards endeavors may result in eviction from the neighborhood. *
I acknowledge that the SCA Code of Conduct prohibits ERP in public spaces, including excessively provocative flirtation or references to kinks and fetishes that would be considered inappropriate by Blizzard’s Terms of Service. “Public spaces” includes public spaces in SCA’s in-game neighborhood, though not private player homes so long as they are not accessible to the general public during the course of the ERP. *
The full SCA Code of Conduct can be viewed here.
I give an OOC affirmation that the answers submitted here are true and that I have a full understanding of all that I have submitted on this form.

Once you submit this form, please send a DM to Lady Rose affirming you have completed the form.
