Dear Parents and Guardians,

We are so excited to welcome new families into the I Have A Dream Foundation – Atlanta (IHDF-ATL) community! Our mission is to walk alongside your child from early elementary school all the way through college graduation, providing consistent academic, social-emotional, and family support every step of the way.

To become a Dreamer Scholar, students must:

• Be in 2nd through 3rd grade (all other grades must be waitlisted at this time)

• Attend M.A. Jones Elementary School

• Be committed to engaging in our year-round programs and activities

Dreamer Scholars receive access to:

• Homework help and academic tutoring

• Social-emotional learning (SEL) and life skills development

• College and career exploration

• Family engagement, summer opportunities, and more!

If your child is currently transitioning from 1st to 2nd grade or 2nd grade to 3rd grade, and you are interested in learning more about our free programs, please complete the interest form below. This helps us begin the process of connecting with you and scheduling next steps such as orientation and a family interview.

Have another child?
If your Dreamer Scholar has a sibling, we’d love to talk with you about them becoming a Dreamer Guest—someone who can also participate in some of our activities.
Please note: Dreamer Guests are not eligible for the scholarship, but they are welcomed into the Summer and Saturday programs with love and support as space allows.

Please be sure to include your child's full name, grade, date of birth, and your contact information. Completing this form does not guarantee enrollment, but it is the first step to express your interest in joining the Dreamer family.
