We are glad you are on the team! To make sure there is no ambiguity, we require all organizers to complete this form agreeing to the expectations of the team no later than EOD Wednesday, Nov 15, 2023

If you do not reply to this form by Wednesday, Nov 15, 2023 we will move you to emeritus status as an organizer.

Please note - obviously, we all have vacations and PTO. If you are going to be out of the office and unavailable, we don't expect you to be checking email/slack/attending meetings; but please let us know (ideally, set your status in Slack as well as posting a message)

Active: Basically what we usually think of as a devopsdays Chicago organizer. Work tasks, have responsibility for committees, etc, etc. Advisory: Involved in the event, but have no actual deliverable type tasks. Would be invited to all meetings, but would be optional, would be on all comm lists, etc, but mostly there to weigh in with their thoughts/opinions/ideas
