The Well Community Collective Family and Community Advisory Council (FCAC)
The Well Community Collective's mission is to engage rural youth to co-design the development of stigma-free, comprehensive mental health and substance use services that address the social determinants of health in Huron, Perth, Grey and Bruce counties.

Family members who have supported young people in their mental health and substance use challenges have a unique perspective of the needs and supports of youth. We want to hear from you about how we can better support youth in our four counties from the perspective of the people closest and most important to them - their families. 

We would also like to hear from any adults with lived experience with mental health or substance use challenges, as well as adults that are interested in supporting the creation of collaborative youth services. We are looking for a wide range of lived experience and expertise.
