Hello amazing souls! My name is Yolanda and in March 2025 I said enough is enough and made the choice to change my life. To be my true authentic self and only do things that were with intention love and of service to myself, my children and others. I'm a 51yo single parent working full time, so if I can do it, anyone can!
After menopause truly hit me and turned my life upside down, I was losing the will to live the life I was used to.
