  1. One-Time Lawn Mowing: This service includes a thorough one-time mowing of your lawn to ensure it's evenly cut and looks neat and tidy.

  2. Pruning and Shaping: We will complete a pruning service to remove dead or overgrown branches and shape shrubs and bushes, enhancing the overall appearance of your landscape.

  3. Fall Fertilizer Application: To prepare your lawn, trees, and plants for the fast spring growth or winter months, we provide a nutrient-rich fall fertilizer application.

  4. Ornamental Tree Pruning: We specialize in pruning ornamental trees up to a height of 12 feet, while keeping in mind insurance restrictions.

  5. Debris Removal: Our team will remove needles, leaves, and other debris to keep your property clean and safe. Please note that we require pet waste to be fully removed before our service date for safety reasons.

Disclaimer: We understand that the definition of a "clean" yard can vary from one property owner to another. We aim to ensure your satisfaction. If, after our service, you feel that the cleanup doesn't meet your expectations, please let us know. We're committed to meeting your specific requirements, and any additional hours required will be charged at the previously mentioned rate.

LANDSCAPING CLEAN-UP SERVICE PRICING

  • Cleanup Pricing: Our cleanup services are priced at $92 per man-hour. Our crews typically work in teams of 2, but in some cases, they may work in teams of 3. The time spent on your property will be adjusted accordingly based on the team size.

  • GPS Tracking: Each of our trucks is equipped with a GPS unit that tracks our crews' time spent on your property. This ensures accuracy and transparency in billing.

  • Door Hanger Notification: After completing the service, our crews will leave a door hanger on your door to inform you of the job's completion.

  • Enhancing Customer Satisfaction: We've adopted this pricing model to enhance customer satisfaction. Since every landscape is unique, and each property owner may have different expectations, we've standardized our pricing. You have the option to select and cap a maximum amount of laborer hours spent on your property, allowing you to have control over the cost of the service.

  • Man Hour Rate: Our standard rate for cleanup services is $92 per man-hour.

  • Debris Removal: Additionally, we charge $20 per yard of debris, which is equivalent to a small pickup truck load.

  • Service Cap: It's important to note that selecting a specific cap on laborer hours does not guarantee a complete cleanup of your property.

  • Average Cleanup Times: Typically, an average subdivision-sized home requires approximately 6-8 man-hours for a spring cleanup and 6 man-hours for a fall cleanup. However, the actual time may vary depending on customer expectations and the specific landscaping needs of your property.

  • Estimates: Please be aware that we do not provide on-site estimates for cleanup services.
