33rd Ward in-take for requests for zoning changes and development
The 33rd Ward Office of Alderman Rossana Rodriguez Sanchez implemented a Community Driven Zoning and Development process. The intent of our process is to ensure that decision-making around zoning changes includes the input of our residents. Residents’ knowledge of the needs and history of our communities is invaluable in the consideration of zoning changes. Additionally, this is meant to create a clear, consistent, and transparent zoning process.
This in-take for will be used to help us keep track of and manage requests for zoning changes. Please fill out the form below and Chris Poulos (Chief of Staff) and Anthony Tamez-Pochel (Neighborhood and Business Services Coordinator) will follow up with information on our process.
