The event will be every last Friday of the month. June 29th, July 27th, August 31st and Sept 28 from 6:00pm to 10:000pm. Set up time is at 5:00 pm.
Please complete the form and submit for our consideration. Acceptance notifications along with a link to pay will be issued 24 to 48 hours after submission if your application is approved. The Vendor Fee is $25 a night or $85 for all 4 nights. Please specify which date you are participating for. All vendors are required to provide a raffle donation worth $10 or more. FEES are due the same day of acceptance via cash at the studio or card. Once payment is received you are confirmed. Incomplete applications or partial fee payments may void your submission. Once submitted, no cancellations or refunds - no exceptions.
Beastin Beauties reserves the right to terminate vendors at their discretion. Event will take place rain or shine. No sharing booths. You are only allowed to display and sell items listed in your description. Vendors are required to bring your own 8 ft table OR Clothing Rack. If you need to have both. You will need to purchase 2 spaces.
The undersigned does hereby release forever any event coordinators, servants, assigns, and property location, and its employees harmless of any and all liability resulting from damages, lost, stolen items and injuries. Participation is at your own risk.
