LIBRARY SPACE RESERVATION
Listed below are the areas available for reservation in the Ingram Library:

The Nook Thomas B. Murphy Reading Room

CLIENT INFORMATION:

The group or individual requesting space hereafter will be referred to as “CLIENT” and the University of West Georgia’s Irvine Sullivan Ingram Library will be referred to as “LIBRARY.”

The Library does not allow two events on the same day and only permits three events each week. Events are not permitted the week before or the week during final examinations each Fall and Spring semester. Due to limited staff, the library cannot accept reservation requests for weekends.

All requests must be submitted at least five business days and ten business days in advance if expected attendance is over 100 guests. Please allow three - five business days for processing and confirmation.

Please be sure to inform Aramark where the event will be located in the library. Aramark catering is handled by the CLIENT only. Immediately after the event, the CLIENT must contact Aramark before leaving to ensure no food or dishware is left in the building.

Cancellations must be made five business days in advance. The CLIENT is agreeing that they will be charged for any repair or replacement costs resulting from damage or loss that occurs to the facility because of the event.
