セミナー中に発生する可能性のある怪我や事故に対して自己責任を負います。セミナーの主催者、インストラクター、または関連する団体に対して責任を問うことはありません。

健康状態の確認
特に健康上の問題がないことを確認しています。もし健康状態に不安がある場合は、事前にインストラクターに知らせ、必要な対策を取ります。

セミナー中のルール遵守
セミナー中の指示やルールを遵守し、他の参加者と安全に練習を行います。

撮影・録音について
セミナー中に写真や動画が撮影される場合があることに同意し、それらの映像が広報活動に使用されることを理解します。

Participant Responsibility
I take full responsibility for any injury or accident that may occur during the seminar. I will not hold the seminar organizers, instructors, or any affiliated entities liable for any injuries or damages.

Health Condition
I confirm that I have no health issues preventing me from safely participating in the seminar. If I have any health concerns, I will inform the instructor beforehand and take necessary precautions.

Adherence to Seminar Rules
I agree to follow all instructions and rules during the seminar and to practice safely with other participants.

Filming and Photography
I understand and agree that photos and videos may be taken during the seminar, and that these materials may be used for promotional purposes.
