Please fill out this form if you are interested in hosting table at our in-person meet up; this is an opportunity to showcase your business or organization.. You must bring all equipment needed for your setup.  The park is ours and there's plenty of room you to sell your products, advertise your services or host a community engagement activity. All requests will be managed on a first come, first served basis.

HOST A TABLE AT THE NJ4R VIRTUAL CHALLENGE IN-PERSON MEET UP
We'd love for you and your organization to join us at the NJ4R Virtual Challenge In-Person Meet Up. You can reserve a 10x10 space on the grass. Reservation types and fees are listed below. 

1) Small Business /Non-Profit Organization/Local Running or Social Club --> [TABLE FEE=$0]

2) NJ4R Sponsor/Community Partner  --> [TABLE FEE=$0]

3) Retail Chain or Mid to Large Sized Business --> [TABLE FEE=$50]

4) Food Truck --> Truck must be in good standing and have all licensing and permits required by Sacramento County Environmental Management Department and City of Sacramento. Participants will pay food vendors directly. [FOOD TRUCK FEE=$0]

5) Food Vendor (Pre-Packaged) --> Sell pre-packaged food (no onsite preparation) at the event; participants will pay food vendors directly. [PRE-PACKAGED FOOD FEE=$150; Temporary Food Facility(TFF)Operator’s Packet to be filled out & submitted]

6) Food Vendor (Onsite Preparation) --> Sell prepared food at the event; participants will pay food vendors directly. [PREPARED FOOD FEE=$300; Temporary Food Facility (TFF) Operator’s Packet to be filled out & submitted]
