Horseback Property Tour RSVP!
If you're ready for the ultimate adventure to highlight your visit, come on by and saddle up at the CRHBA Open House! We'll have one of our experienced trail guides partner you up with the perfect 4 legged companion, suited to your experience and comfort level, before heading out on a guided walking tour of the most scenic parts of our property.
Check out the rolling pastures where our horses rest and play, with access to the Grand River for the freshest drinking water a horse could ever ask for!

The details:
This trail route is a fantastic opportunity for individuals to enjoy a horseback experience, without having to commit to our usual longer trails.
Trails will aim to head out every hour on the hour for the duration of the Open house. 
Riders must be 11 years old and up with riders under 18 accompanied by an adult.
Please be sure to read the following registration form thoroughly to ensure the best riding experience possible.

Phone number - This will be used to follow up and confirm your booking. Please make sure the number is one that you are most easily reached by.

We do have a cancellation fee of $25 per person if we do not receive at least 24 hours notice. For cases of inclement weather a minimum of 3 hours notice is required.
A credit card number is required to complete your booking. This will be requested during your confirmation call. This number is used to hold your reservation or in the case of a no show. Under no other circumstances will your card be charged.

I understand each rider must be over the age of 11, and all riders under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Please indicate how many riders will be in your group.

Please indicate the first name of each individual in your party, followed by their riding experience level of "none/little/some/lots/exp."  

If any riders are under 18, please also indicate age.

ex. Sally(some), Harry(lots), Tommy 16(none)

Please indicate which tour you would like to join.

Cost of the ride is $40 per person. 
Payment can be made by cash on the day of your ride, or you may e-transfer after your ride is confirmed. Details for e-transfer will be provided to you during your confirmation call.

Rides will go out rain or shine, just not thunder or lightening. Rain jackets are permitted/recommended but rain ponchos/umbrellas are NOT.

If you do not like the weather and would prefer to reschedule, you MUST let us know by calling 519 888 6503. If no one answers please leave a voicemail.

REMEMBER - 3 hours notice is required via phone in order to cancel due to weather or you may be charged a no show fee.

Riders should come prepared dressed in the following attire:
Long pants
Closed toe shoes - something with a small heel like a hiking shoe or rubber boot is ideal
NO SANDALS!
Sunscreen/Fly spray

A waiver form is required to be completed for each rider. 
These may be printed and filled out ahead of time by visiting our website Here.
We do have copies available at the farm for those who don't have access to a printer.

In order to provide enough time for all riders to sign in and receive instructions we ask that you arrive at least 20minutes prior to your ride time. 
Rides are run on a tight schedule and late arrivals could result in a missed ride. If you are running late please be sure to get in touch at 519 888 6503.
