This dataset contains ten in vivo video sequences (7894 image in total) collected in standard gastrointestinal examinations. The dataset was used primarily for optical biopsy retargeting in our research. Thus, ground truth data are provided as bounding boxes. However, the dataset can also be used to develop techniques for addressing other endoscopic challenges such as polyp recognition and localisation. This dataset is provided for research purposes only, and the users are not allowed to distribute the data for commercial use.
