Inflatables Liability and Waiver Authorization

I hereby acknowledge and understand that the use of the bounce house equipment involves inherent risks and dangers of injury, including but not limited to the risk of serious bodily injury. I voluntarily assume all risks and dangers associated with the use of the equipment.

In consideration for the privilege of using the bounce house equipment, I hereby agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Cool Kids Clubhouse, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, that may be sustained by me or any party affiliated with me, whether caused by the negligence of the released parties or otherwise.

I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand this waiver of liability and voluntarily sign it as my own free act and deed.
