课室规则及条款: 1)参加者必须在开课前填妥表格。本中心在收取表格后, 将发送一封电子邮件确认您已被入取。供养师父与场地费将以随喜赞助的方式进行，并在课程当天付上赞助费。 *所收取的一切赞助费皆作为爱心树推动心理健康活动之经费。 2) 若活动取消或改期，本中心将发电邮通知。若您缺席活动，请电邮或发短信通知本中心。 3)参加资格以先到先得为准,额满后恕不接受报名。 4) 在任何情况下本中心不需要对任何个人的生理或心理状态、情绪变化、病痛或死亡、物品的遗失或损坏承担任何责任。 5）本中心保留随时变更、修改、补充或删除本条款全部或部分内容的权利，无须提前通知。 *
Classroom terms and conditions: 1) Participants must complete the form prior to commencement. After the center received the form, an email confirmation will be sent out which will confirm your booking. Offering to venerable and site fees will be sponsored in donation basis, sponsorship fee will be paid on the day of the class. * All sponsorship fees are used as the fund to Loving Tree to promote mental health activities. 2) Email will be sent to inform you if a class is cancelled by us or if the class is re-scheduled. If you are unable to attend the activity, kindly email to inform us. 3) Eligibility to first-come-first-served basis, further application will not be accepted after full. 4) We accept no liability for death, illness or injury or loss or damage to personal belongings during the course of the workshop or in transit thereto. 5) We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these terms at any time, without further notice.
