The Banks School District is looking for between 15-20 people to serve on the design committee. The committee will be made up of staff, administrators, students, parents/guardians, community members, and Board members. They will meet frequently and shape the details of the design of the new school space. While this team is not a formal decision making group, they will shape the specific designs that will be used.
The Design Phase of the project will take place over the next year, with the majority of this committee's work being done in the first four months. The groups will meet approximately twice a month beginning in late February/early March. The team will likely take a break over the summer and may meet less frequently as the project progresses.
