ICF MINNESOTA Request for Proposal
ICF Minnesota is requesting proposals for learning facilitators that can provide either real, concrete, practical tools and sensible information that participants can use today to enhance their coaching skills and business or
learning facilitators that can provide insight into the future of the coaching profession.
ICF Minnesota membership includes coaches whose businesses serve every aspect of the coaching spectrum, from personal, individual to organizational, team and most specialties in between. As it relates to this submission form, our chapter offers CEU eligible coaching events for our members and guests:
2 90-minute in-person events (plus networking)
6 90-minute virtual events (plus networking)
If you are interested in being a Learning Facilitator, we invite you to submit a proposal by completing this form.
Proposals will be reviewed and considered for selection by the ICF Minnesota Professional Development Team. Selections will be based on sessions that are aligned with our mission, vision and values (see below). Our membership includes internal and external coaches, as well as new and seasoned coaches across a variety of disciplines.
We value your expertise and budget $325.00 toward Learning Facilitator compensation per event.
LEARNING FACILITATOR’S RESPONSIBILITIES
- Instruct participants on a coaching or business-building themed topic in a dynamic, interactive style
- Provide information, materials and resources that coaches can use today and/or guide them towards tomorrow
- Provide action oriented and resource rich experiences for new or experienced coaches
- Conduct a 90-minute session which includes Q & A
- Learning Facilitators will provide all necessary resources for participants to be able to fully engage in the experience (any equipment, instruments, handouts, materials, etc.) in advance so we may send to registered participants
- Learning Facilitators will coordinate, as needed, with the ICF Minnesota professional development
- Learning Facilitators will provide a brief 1-2 paragraph bio, professional head shot, session objectives, 2-3 paragraph program description and program title
- Ensure that the session is not perceived as an “infomercial” for your company and that you do not sell your company’s products/services to participants before or during the session
- Learning Facilitators are responsible for their travel, hotel and other session related expenses (excluding AV equipment rental) unless otherwise negotiated with ICF Minnesota

Ensure the health of financial and operational resources entrusted to the organization.
