Scheduling & Cancellation Policy:

Class schedule is agreed via email or text according to both instrutor and student's availability.

We will accommodate scheduling to help students reach their goals and deadlines. If you need to change your lesson time let me know ASAP. Just as any other professional service, if you cancel less than 48 hours before, or are not present for your lesson, you forfeit the cost of that lesson. If extenuating circumstances do not allow you to complete a lesson package and you need to request a refund, the package will be recalculated at the per lesson rate. If an emergency arises it is up to you to contact me to see if there may be the possibility of a make-up class.

GROUP CLASSES

Scheduling & Cancellation Policy:

We cannot offer refunds, credits, or make up classes for missed classes during our group classes. Due to our full class schedule, we are not able to provide you with make-up time and our teachers cannot provide individual lessons for classes missed. Hopefully you can attend all classes in the session, but when absences occur we will do our best to get you caught up with the activities during future classes.

The schedule you have chosen is subject to change and classes are not confirmed until at least three (3) students are enrolled. If classes are canceled, the full payment will be reimbursed.
