Thank you for your interest in equine and livestock adoption! We are so glad you found us. This brief form will take you just a few minutes to fill out and tell us a little more about you in order to match you with the right animal; please offer as much detail as you can and let us work for you!

The information submitted will be added to our Potential Adopter List (PAL) so we can contact you when we have a match! Your information will not be shared and you will not be contacted for other reasons.

It is the intent of the Humane Society of North Texas (HSNT) to only adopt to individuals who agree to be good advocates for the animal. Animals may not be adopted and then sold for slaughter or through common slaughter avenues. Received forms will be processed in the order received and we'll be in touch with you shortly via email to discuss an appointment, or to add you to our waiting list if we do not have a match for you at this time.

You must be at least 18 years old to adopt an animal.

Once you meet our animals in person and if the animal appears to be a great fit, at that point you will be provided with an adoption contract which will transfer ownership to you. Appointments to visit our animals in person will be scheduled once this form has been received and a HSNT staff member has contacted you.
