1. Short answer
This question type is good for short answers. Example: What is your nickname? If you don't have one, make one up.
2. Paragraph
This is good for longer answers. Example: Tell us a something unique about yourself.
3. Multiple Choice *
Can choose only one answer. Example: What is your favourite city? NOTE: You can add "Other" option.
4. Checkboxes *
Can choose more than one. Example: Which languages do you speak? NOTE: You can add "other" option.
Required
5. Drop-down *
Can choose only one answer. What is your favourite day of the week? NOTE:  "Other" option not available.
6. Linear Scale *
Can rate something from 1 all the way up to 10. Example: How comfortable do you feel with Google Apps?

7. Multiple Choice Grid *
Similar to Scale, but no numbers. Example: Rate the following: How frequently do you...
