If you are interested in running a trail race and aren't able to afford the entry fee AND/OR are part of a BIPOC or LGBTQIA+ community, submit this form to be considered to have your fee* waived by the Trail Mix Fund.

We want to help people who are under-served, under-resourced, and under-represented. This includes people of color and LGBTQ+, but is not restricted to those communities.

This information is kept confidential and is only used by Trail Mix Fund non-profit organization and shared with our board (a small group of diverse people who decide who to distribute the fund's money to), and only for the purpose of ensuring we are staying true to our intent of diversity, equity, and inclusion with this fund.

*The Trail Mix Fund will cover up to $500 of a trail race's registration fee. If the event cost is higher, you'll need to cover the difference. Do not register for the race until your application has been approved or denied as the Trail Mix Fund cannot retroactively pay the registration fee. It can take up to two weeks to process your application.
